mPay is a payment gateway. It gives eligible merchants payment links, a hosted checkout page and an API so their customers can pay using supported methods, and shows the resulting balances and payment statuses in one dashboard.

Who can use mPay?

Businesses, freelancers, independent professionals and online sellers operating lawful businesses in supported regions. Eligibility is reviewed before an account is enabled for processing. Prohibited categories are listed in the Acceptable Use Policy.

Which payment methods are supported?

Cash App, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bitcoin Lightning and the digital assets USDT, Bitcoin, Litecoin, Solana and BNB. The live list for your account is shown in your dashboard and on the Payment Methods page. Payment-method availability depends on region, merchant eligibility and provider availability.

Is there an account setup fee?

No. There is no account setup fee.

What transaction fee does mPay charge?

Processing fees are typically around 12% per successful deposit. The exact processing fee may depend on the payment method, region, merchant profile or transaction type. Applicable pricing is presented to the merchant before payment processing begins. Your exact rate is shown in your dashboard before you take payments.

Can payment methods vary between customers?

Yes. The methods offered on a given checkout depend on the merchant's enabled methods, the region and provider availability at that moment. Some methods accept only fixed amounts.

How do payment links work?

You create a link in the dashboard, share it, and the customer opens a hosted checkout to pay. The payment then appears in your activity with its current status.

Can I integrate mPay into my website?

Yes. The API lets you create a payment request and receive a checkout URL, then retrieve that payment's status. See the developer documentation.

How do pending payments work?

A collected payment can sit in a clearing state before it becomes available to withdraw. Your dashboard shows the amount clearing and the schedule that applies to your account. Timing depends on the payment method and your account settings.

How are refunds and disputes handled?

Refunds are initiated by the merchant, and disputes are handled case by case with the relevant payment provider. See Refunds & Disputes.Final refund eligibility, processing-fee treatment and dispute timeframes are currently under legal and operational review.

Where is mPay available?
