Pricing questions

Is there a signup fee?
No.
Is there a monthly fee?
No. mPay does not charge a recurring subscription.
When is the processing fee charged?
On a successful payment. The fee is deducted from the payment amount, and your dashboard shows the gross amount, the fee and your net for every transaction.
Can pricing vary by payment method?
Yes. Rates are set per account and per payment method — for example a card-style wallet and a digital-asset rail can carry different rates, and some methods add a fixed per-order amount. Your dashboard shows the exact rate for each method on your account.
Are failed or refunded payments charged?
A processing fee applies to successful payments. Final refund eligibility, processing-fee treatment and dispute timeframes are currently under legal and operational review. Contact mPay for the policy applying to your account.
Are network fees included?
Digital-asset payments can incur a blockchain network fee charged by the network itself, not by mPay. Settlement timing, supported assets and any withdrawal or network charges are confirmed during merchant onboarding and will be published before production launch.
Are settlement fees separate?
Settlement timing, supported assets and any withdrawal or network charges are confirmed during merchant onboarding and will be published before production launch.

Merchant onboarding is currently by approval — accounts are issued after review rather than by public sign-up, and available payment methods may be limited per account and region.

Payment-method availability depends on region, merchant eligibility and provider availability. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
