Help with your account and integration
Guides for the things merchants ask about most, and how to reach a person.
Using payment links
- 1. Open your dashboard and create a payment link, choosing the method and amount.
- 2. Share the link, or its QR code, with your customer.
- 3. The customer completes payment on the hosted checkout.
- 4. The payment appears in your activity with its current status.
Understanding payment status
A payment starts awaiting the customer, moves to clearing once collected, and becomes available when released for withdrawal. A payment that does not complete is marked failed. Only a completed payment should be treated as received.

Refunds and disputes
Refunds are initiated by the merchant from the dashboard. Disputes are handled with the relevant payment provider and can require evidence from you.
