Acceptable Use Policy
Business activities that may not be processed through mPay. This policy forms part of the Terms of Service.

Prohibited activities
- Illegal goods and services of any kind.
- Fraud, scams and deceptive business practices.
- Use of stolen financial instruments or stolen financial information.
- Money laundering and terrorist financing.
- Weapons, ammunition and explosives.
- Controlled substances and related paraphernalia.
- Human exploitation and any content involving minors.
- Malware, credential theft, hacking tools and account-takeover services.
- Counterfeit goods and infringement of copyright or trademark.
- Unlicensed financial services, unlicensed money transmission and currency exchange.
- Ponzi schemes, pyramid schemes and guaranteed-income programmes.
- Investment, trading or yield products, and account-trading services.
- Gambling, betting, casino, sweepstakes and lottery activity, except where separately approved in writing and fully licensed in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Transactions structured to evade payment-provider rules, restrictions or monitoring.
Enforcement
mPay may request information about your business at any time, and may suspend or terminate processing where this policy is breached. Where a payment provider imposes a restriction, mPay must apply it.
Reporting
Report suspected misuse to Official domain-based support contact details will be published before production launch..
